I'll pass - no flacs.
Based on the review and the taper's comments, I guess I'll pass. I guess it goes to show that there's a definite art to taping and it's not just hitting record and going from there. Even if the quality was great, I'm afraid I would pass as only the lossy .mp3's are being offered and no .flac files. :( Thanks for your effort.

TO SteevoReeno
I agree. The recording really sucks in many places. I wonder if I should keep polluting the archive.org space with it. SteevoReeno are there any songs you find salvageable? Perhaps I could post a limited version.
I don't record - I just happened to have a good recorder and thought to bring it to the show. I recorded about 10 feet from Josh with a Sony PCM-D50.
I have a few other shows on here - Modest Mouse at the Fillmore, Flight of the Conchords at Red Rocks. Hey SteevoReeno.. take a listen and see if I am getting any better. Maybe I should just not bother and enjoy the show. :-)

Thanks for upping the show, but terrible quality!
First, let me thank the taper for spending the time and money to attend, record, and upload this show. We need more Josh Ritter on here!
Now I have to kill this recording. The audience noise is so loud that it causes distortion and makes this show practically unlistenable. Unfortunately the taper gave us only the bare minimum of information about the recording (no information on the location, positioning, or even branding of the mics?) and by the third track my ears were in pain from the distortion and exaggerated volume of the audience.
This one gets 2 stars because there isn't very much JR on Archive.org, but it is really a zero star quality.
